In creating a quality website for your business, our team follows a framework that we will use. Broadly speaking, the process is divided into three phases: Design, Development, and Deployment. For more details, see below:
Our Work Process
We offer several different services. However, our working process is nearly the same every time.
Stage 1
Design
At this stage, the design team will take several crucial steps to create a structured and well-organized system. Some of these stages include brand identification, UI design, and the perfect offer.
Brand Indetification
At this stage, the PM and UI/UX Designer will prepare a set of questions that will help the client gain a broad understanding of the website’s direction and design. After obtaining this information, the UI/UX team will conduct a mini research to develop the brief and prepare it to move on to the design phase.
Wireframe & UI design
After conducting research in the Brand Identification stage, the UI/UX Designer team will translate ideas and research findings into wireframes (sketches) for internal discussion. Once approved by the PM, the UI Design phase will proceed.
Perfect Offer
The completed UI Design will be assembled into a prototype to give the closest feel to the actual website. It will include buttons and sections with animations that can be clicked.
Stage 2
Development
The second stage includes the process of choosing the right platform to build the application or system, breaking down the design into smaller, separate elements, and combining all the parts into a functioning whole.
Platform
At this stage, the design has been approved by the client and is prepared for coding by the development team. The development team will prepare everything needed to create the website beta, including setting up the beta server, installing WordPress on the server, and adding the basic plugins required to build the website.
Slicing
In this phase, the developer will perform slicing, which involves converting the design, which is in the form of images/prototypes, into a code structure using HTML and CSS so that it can be accessed via the beta server.
Integrate
At this stage, the structure and function development are complete, and the team will integrate forms, emails, and other items based on the client’s needs.
Stage 3
Deployment
The final stage is the process of implementing and running the website in the production phase: the website that has been built will be tested by users or relevant parties, then published on the infrastructure and domain that have been prepared, ensuring that the website runs smoothly and is accessible to users.
User Acceptance Test
At this stage, the beta website will be sent back to the client. However, before that, the internal team will check it against the approved Statement of Work (SoW). The PM team will then seek client approval based on the completed UAT checks.
Infrastructure & Website Publishing
At this stage, the beta website, once approved by the client, will be prepared for migration to the live domain. The PM and Developer teams will collaborate to set up the website’s hosting environment, including domain purchase and server selection based on the requirements agreed upon in the project’s initial phase.
Maintenance
At this stage, the website development is complete, and it moves into the maintenance phase as per the original SoW. In this phase, the development team will regularly check the website to ensure that all systems and functions are running smoothly.
