The Junior Ads Optimizer is an entry-level role within our Performance Marketing team, designed for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in paid advertising.
In this role, you will support the execution and maintenance of online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, working closely with Ads Optimizers and Senior Ads Strategists. You will focus on accuracy, budget safety, and process discipline—while learning how professional performance marketing teams operate.

Role Overview
The Ads Optimizer (Staff) is responsible for independently managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, within an approved funnel structure.
This role focuses on performance stability, budget efficiency, and continuous optimization, while executing strategy set by Senior Ads Strategists. You will work closely with Account Managers, Creative, and Analytics teams, with minimal direct client interaction.

Role Overview
The Senior Ads Strategist owns full-funnel paid media strategy, from Top to Bottom of Funnel, across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is responsible for funnel architecture, budget allocation logic, and scaling strategy, ensuring paid media drives measurable business outcomes.
You will provide strategic direction to Ads Optimizers, collaborate closely with Account Managers, Creative, Analytics, and SEO teams, and engage with clients primarily at a strategic and escalation level.

The Lead Ads Strategist owns the overall paid media direction, funnel standards, and budget governance across all advertising accounts. This role ensures paid media investments are efficient, predictable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives, while minimizing risk, volatility, and compliance issues.
As the final decision-maker for ads strategy and scaling logic, you will work closely with executive leadership, Account Management, Creative, and Analytics teams. Client interaction is limited to high-impact strategic discussions or escalations.
