Project Detail
This project was carried out at the end of 2018 and completed in early 2019. The requested features included a Company Profile feature, where the website could showcase the services offered by Bank Sumut, along with several features to facilitate customers. Some of the features we implemented include a contact form and a live chat feature to enhance customer interaction with Bank Sumut representatives.
How We Do
Based on the provided brief, we aimed to update the website’s design while maintaining the essence of a banking website, adding subtle details to create a modern and professional impression.
Defining
Problem
One of the challenges during this project was the multi-layered decision-making process. This required us to provide highly detailed explanations for each page and clearly outline the expected output of the design.
Result
At the beginning and end of the project, the ToffeeDev team visited Bank Sumut’s office in Medan for alignment meetings to ensure that the project’s foundation aligned with the expectations of the Bank Sumut team. The project was successfully completed in early 2019, meeting the expectations of Bank Sumut’s management team.
