This project originated from Klik Kami’s need to increase the number of users installing the application on the Play Store.
How We Do
After conducting an analysis, we decided to run a Universal App Campaign (UAC) to directly boost the number of installs on the Play Store.

Defining
Problem
Once the campaign was launched, we discovered that the tracking data did not accurately reflect reality. To address this, we implemented a third-party tracking tool to ensure more accurate and reliable data collection.

Solution
The Toffee team recommended running a Universal App Campaign (UAC) on Google Ads, specifically designed to increase the number of mobile app installs for Klik Kami.

Results
Before the campaign, the estimated number of installs per month was 266. However, after just three weeks, the campaign had already generated 13,824 app installs—a staggering 5,000% increase from the initial estimate. Additionally, the campaign was integrated with the third-party tracking tool Adjust, enabling precise tracking of audience activity within the app.
