The Objective of This Role :
– Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of project goals.
– Collaborate with SEO Specialists and Ads Specialists to develop strategic plans and present them to clients.
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating day-to-day communication between clients and internal teams.
– Monitor and oversee the progress of all assigned projects, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
– Maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions.
– Track project performance and ensure alignment with client expectations and business objectives.

Required Qualifications :
– Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and marketing strategies.
– Proficiency in analyzing key metrics in Google Analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
– Experience in using project management tools and CRM software is a plus.

- Merencanakan optimasi situs web klien, terutama untuk Audit SEO, On-Page, dan Riset Kata Kunci.
- Melakukan riset mendalam pada situs web klien, menganalisis kebutuhan pasar, tipe pasar, dan alur lalu lintas situs.
- Berkolaborasi intensif dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk memastikan semua rencana berjalan dengan baik, termasuk kepada klien.
- Bertanggung jawab atas pemantauan dan optimasi situs web, serta memberikan saran kepada klien.
- Memastikan semua optimasi sesuai dengan kebijakan mesin pencari.
Required Qualifications :
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang SEO terutama dalam Riset Kata Kunci, Teknis, dan On-Page.
- Pengalaman di bidang SEO minimal 2 tahun.
